I’m always sad to see June come to an end. It feels like it goes by too quickly. Not only is June the first month of summer but it’s also “Great Outdoors Month”. From our friends at Recreation.gov…
“President Obama—along with almost every state governor—proclaimed June as “Great Outdoors Month,” urging Americans to uphold our legacy of conserving lands for future generations. Whether it’s hiking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, bird watching—or just having a picnic and enjoying nature—getting outside with your loved ones in our shared resources is the perfect way to celebrate.”
How is Mountain Graphics celebrating the last weekend of Great Outdoors Month? With another campfire of course! We’ll be breaking out the giant marshmallows for s’mores….
and the kids will be wearing their glow-in-the-dark t-shirts.
So there you have it. Our recipe for a great campfire = Great friends + S’mores (for everyone) + Camping Cocktails (for the adults) + Glow-in-the-dark T-shirts (for the kids)
How will you celebrate the last weekend of Great Outdoors Month? More importantly, are you ready for July which is National Ice Cream month?
